Curtis Leak - You going to stand for this Tebow madness

Much is being written about the "non" quarterback controversy taking shape at Florida with the arrival of uber-recruit Tim Tebow, tailored made for Urb's "Sprint Option", and the starting QB Chris Leak. EDSBS and View From Rocky Top

My question: where's daddy Curtis in all of this? Why isn't the Florida (or national) media seeking him out for some good insight. During recruiting he was quite the commentator:

When they announced they were no longer interested in UT (a month after UT said they were not interested in them).
"There were also grave concerns about Leak's father, Curtis Leak, and how domineering he had been during the recruiting process. The Tennessee coaches informed the Leak family at the time that they were going in another direction.
After The Tennessean reported in its Nov. 12 editions that UT was no longer recruiting Leak, his father showed up at practice later that afternoon and cornered Coach Phillip Fulmer as he walked into the Neyland-Thompson Sports Center following practice. Curtis Leak told several media outlets that day that his son was still considering Tennessee and that nothing had changed."

From ESPN
"Leak's father, Curtis, said the decision came down to Florida, Florida State or Iowa. Each school Fed-Exed the family its ideal plan for how they would use Chris if he signed with that school. Based largely on those plans, as well as Florida's wide-open offense and its relatively close proximity to Charlotte, Chris chose the Gators.
"When Chris got the final letter from Iowa this week, he realized he has a better deal at Florida," Curtis Leak said. "They are all great schools. And every one of the coaches proved to be outstanding, trustworthy individuals. But it's really simple -- when you look at those three schools, who throws the ball the most?"

From the same article: here's a jewel (in retrospect):
"Coach Zook made a commitment to me and my future so I'm going to trust him with that future." Too bad Chrissy's performances weren't good enough, even at All-SEC levels, for Zooker to have a future.

Come on Curtis - you going to sit back and let Chrissy get railroaded to the sideline simply because he doesn't like to get hit by SEC defensive ends while tossing the ball backwards to a running back? Of course, too much badmouthing and Curtis may cost his 1st class son C.J. a job - remember he's running the photo copy service or similar for the UF Athletic Department.
